3. For Snacks

Snacking options are a must in your meal plan. If you like to snack all through the day, then keep it light. Have fruits as your snacking options. Or, you can simply have a bowl of curd. Oats bars are a good option for snacking as well. Have nuts like walnuts, cashews and almonds when you feel hungry. Also, have unsweetened almond milk in your snack meal plan. Almond milk would help to provide energy to your body. You can also opt for protein shake as your snack option. If its suits you well, have it as it will help you to remain lean and in shape. Have juices and water through out the day.

4. For Dinner

Dinner should always be on the lighter side. The lighter your intake of calories the better it is for your digestion process. Eat lots of greens in your dinner meal plan. Have salmon in grilled form. Also, include zucchini and spinach in your dinner meal plan option. Include sweet potato in any form as it is good for your digestion. Also, have tossed raw veggies in olive oil as an option! Cleanse your system by having a glass of warm water after your dinner. This would help in complete cleansing and detoxification.

Do prepare your meal plan options according to your taste and liking. Don’t include foods that you don’t like or are too high in calories. A proper meal plan would keep you fit and healthy.
