A proper meal plan would not only help you to keep fit but also lean. And, a lean body can well get you many compliments in life. The kind of diet you have has an impact on your body weight. A proper meal plan will also help to keep you active and healthy. Listed are some meal plan options just for you.

1. For Breakfast

A breakfast should always be balanced, not too light and not too heavy. Include a portion of egg and one portion of oats every alternate day in your daily diet plan. Add one portion of fruit in your breakfast meal plan. Do include some berries and some nuts in your breakfast menu. It is advisable to include walnuts or almonds in your meal plan. It will provide you with the energy that you need all through the day. Have a glass of juice according to your taste. Or, include a glass of lemon juice with honey. Black coffee and green tea can be included in your breakfast meal plan according to your liking.

2. For Lunch

Lunch can be heavy because it is the best time for digestion. Include chicken or meat options for your lunch menu. Have it in grilled form for that taste. Mixed greens are also a good option. It would provide you with vitamins and minerals as needed by the body. Also, include chopped cucumber and carrots in your lunch meal plan. Have black beans in your lunch meal plan every alternate day. The idea is to balance out your calories and carbs intake. Green tea is again a good option for the lunch meal as it will help in the digestion process. Have half cup for complete detoxification.
