6. Set a schedule

Just like you schedule your day, you ought to schedule your night for a better sleep. Make a sleep schedule so that you make sure that you have at least 7 hours of sleep everyday. A normal adult needs around 6-8 hours of sleep, depending on the kind of work they do throughout the day. See to it that you stick to this schedule no matter how tempting it may sound to stay back at that party or watch a funny sitcom.

7. Take a sleeping tablet

If you want to take the easy way out, and feel that none of the above tips are working, then pop a couple of sleeping tablets. A normal one lasts for about 3 hours, so plan how many you want to take as per your sleep schedule. Do not take more than 3 at a time as it could be dangerous. Read the instructions on the pill tablet carefully before consuming.
