5. Thou shalt not play music loudly

In case you hate the music your gym plays, you can either suggest them what you like or plug in earphones or headphones. But don’t start playing your music on the speaker of your phone, MP3 player or boom box. It is very annoying for other people, and a nuisance is the last thing you would want to be in the gym, wouldn’t you?

6. Thou shalt eat healthy stuff only

It’s good manners to not tempt people who have come to lose weight in the gym and bring only healthy foods to eat. For members out to lose weight, the gym is a temple, the only place where fitness prevails and they are not hounded by temptation of food. Respect the healthy atmosphere by bringing along healthy stuff only.

7. Thou shalt wear proper exercise attire

Don’t saunter in wearing improper shoes an jeans into the gym. There is a universal dress code called exercise wear that people have to follow in the gym.
