4. Dancing is a healthy emotional outlet

With dancing comes the freedom to be expressive. This, in turn, enables you to take all your stress and channel it through dance. It is safe, and doesn’t bring any harm to anyone.

5. It improves muscle brain co-ordination

Dancing forces you to use your brain to signal your body how it should move, and you would be surprised at how often it is hard to do a certain move or do moves in succession simply because muscles are not very well in co-ordination with the brains. Dancing helps improving that.

6. Dance classes are a great place to socialize

When you take a dance lesson, you get to meet with all of the people taking that lesson. Fortunately for you, a lot of those “people” are girls, hot girls. If fun and exercise are not appealing enough reasons to take dance lessons, this one surely is.
Put on your dancing shoes, and remember, taking a dance lesson does not make you a twinkle toe!
