1. Keep everything ready

This makes things really handy and picky. Do not place things which are to be kept in the deep freezer. Remove those foods only when the barbecue is hot.

2. Marinate properly

The most important part of barbecue is marination. Prepare a marinate in a freezer bag or plastic bag. If you are using meat, then marinate it and put it back in the freezer. After your barbecue is hot and ready, remove the bag and shake it well before use.

3. Use sticks properly

If you are using wooden sticks, then keep them in cold water for about fifteen to twenty minutes. This will prevent scorching while cooking. If you are using metal skewers, then wipe them with oil. This will help to provide greasing to the skewers, which will prevent the food from sticking into the barbecue.

4. Protect the food

It is important to use a good foil on the food to maintain the taste. Wrap the food with a double layer of foil to protect it from the heat of the barbecue. Use of oils on foods such as meat or fish helps to make the process of barbecue simple.
