5. Fresh fruits

This is one such thing that you could have without knowing anything at all and it is sure to benefit you in some way or the other. Almost every fruit has great nutritional value, and they are a must for anyone. But speaking of muscle development, apples and oranges should be your prime preference. Oranges are high in vitamin C that helps to fight diseases and regulates blood pressure. Apples are great antioxidants and help in reducing weight.

6. Water

Everyone should have at least 4 to 5 liters of water every day. Apart from washing away the toxins from your body, it also helps in muscle recovery and prevents you from getting dehydrated. If you’re not into the habit of drinking much water, or you’re always outside on work, try to make it a habit of carrying a water bottle with you all the time. Take a few gulps every now and then.
