5. Have salt water

When you feel like your blood pressure is on the lower side, simply drink a glass of warm water with salt. Sodium intake can help to regularize you signs to an extent. Take rest after your glass of salty water. Have sodium supplements or electrolyte if you feel the signs of burn out. But, don’t have too much of salt or else that may lead to high blood pressure in the body. So, a moderate amount is usually recommended.

6. Exercise regularly

Control your low blood pressure with any form of exercise. Regular walk for about thirty to forty minutes can regularize your normal blood pressure level. Walking can increase your blood circulation and oxygen in the body. That in turn prevents the problem of low blood pressure. So, do walk on a daily basis for your low blood pressure problem.

7. Increase your blood flow in the body

It is important that you increase your blood flow to regulate your blood pressure level in the body. Take the staircase instead of lift or walk for a mile extra when you go to work. For your comfort, choose to wear compression aids in your legs. Do yoga to increase your blood flow in the body. Small efforts from your side will help to keep your blood pressure level in control.
