Rock music first originated in the 1950s in America, and later found its way in different styles, mainly in the UK and the US. Gradually, it spread to the rest of the world, creating a new culture of its own. The main agenda of rock music was to symbolize the youth and their rebellious expressions, along with some social and political activism. Even though in the recent years, the main agenda started to fade out, the popularity of rock music and rock bands led to an enthusiastic rage.
There have been many rock bands, which have been extremely popular since their inception, and some of them went on to become the most inspiring and classic bands generation after generation. Rock music also had an immense social impact on youth since the beginning, out of which Punk, Goth and Emo versions became a distinctive style for many. The core instruments of rock music are electric guitars, bass guitar and drums.

This rock band was formed in 1962 and comprised of Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Ronnie Wood and Charlie Watts. Their genre of music mainly revolved around Rock, Blues Rock, Rock and Roll, Rhythm and Blues, Hard Rock, and Blues.
