Just wrap in some cottony clothes, sit down with folded legs and close your eyes. This is a brilliant way to kickstart your mornings and it will keep you alive and kicking in the workplace.

2. Work up your mind

Just as you need to gift yourself some moments of relaxation, you have to activate your mental senses as well. For this you need to regularly engage in mind boggling games, puzzles or simply have an intelligent conversation with a friend. Or if you cannot find a way for engaging in such exercises, play some interesting games on your smartphone.

3. Exercise regularly

The physical and mental states of our body are connected. You may have wondered how you instantly feel fresh after you have sweated out at the gym. The revitalizing hormones released in the process are doing the trick here.

4. Relax yourself

Don’t overindulge in any activity be it eating, sleeping or working. Give some time for introspection and lead a balanced lifestyle. If you are a workaholic who doesn’t even have the time for breakfast, then your mind is certainly not going to thank you.
