Potatoes have gotten a bad rap because most people see it in its fried form or as mash potatoes that comes with a lot of butter. But there are many other healthy ways to cook potatoes and when cooked and eaten right, it can be one of the healthiest foods.

Wine goes to prove that not all alcohol is bad for you. It does not however mean that you can go about gobbling bottles of wine. Red wine when drunk in moderation is good for the heart and also makes your skin glow.

8. Watermelon

It does not always make it to the top when it comes to healthy fruits, but you would be surprised to find that although it has a lot of water, watermelons come with a high content of potassium, vitamin A, C and lycopene.
