1. Prepare to confront

It is important to prepare for confrontation with your co-worker or colleague. Prepare to speak on the real issue. If the issue is related to work credit, then know all the facts about the situation. Collect evidence if you want him to answer you back on the credit issue.

2. Speak and listen

When you approach your co-worker for confrontation, simply speak your heart out. But, you need to listen to him at the same time. Confrontation works when it is two sided. You need to speak for yourself and listen to your colleague’s point of view on the topic.

3. Hold a private confrontation
