7 Tips for Stronger Teeth

Stronger, whiter and healthier teeth are very easy to achieve, provided you are willing to take a little effort and spend time for their upkeep. We give you a list of 7 ways by which you can have the most enviable set of teeth.

1. Use tooth powder

Ditch the toothpaste and go for tooth powder. Ayurvedic tooth powder has none of the hype and over dramatic gimmicks attached to it like toothpastes do, but are known to be cheaper and more effective on the teeth. You don’t even need to spend on a toothbrush and moreover, massaging your fingers over your teeth instead of a toothbrush is better, and cleans your set in a more effective manner.

2. Monthly checkups

Make sure you visit your dentist every month or once in 2 months. Just like regular health check ups are a must, dental check ups too are a must. Do not delay these visits to the dentist, especially if you are experiencing a toothache.

3. Brush at least twice a day

The golden rule that has been taught to us since childhood, is to take care of our teeth and to brush twice everyday. How much ever tired or busy you are, make it a habit to brush before going to bed and after getting up, without fail.

4. Practice flossing

Floss your teeth once, or if possible twice a day. It removes plaque and prevents germ build up. A floss wire reaches where toothbrushes are not able to and hence, clean out whatever was missed by the brush. Try to practice flossing without looking in the mirror so that you learn the technique by heart and can floss anywhere at anytime.
