7 Exercises You Can Do with Your Girlfriend or Wife

Exercising seems monotonous and boring to many people, but it is a must. You can boost your fitness regime by working out with your partner; thus bonding with her better. Both of you can tread the path to healthy well being together by following these workout routines.

1. Body dips

Stand opposite each other and hold hands. Dip low on the left side and tell your partner to do the same on the opposite side. Keep dipping from side to side while holding hands. This is a great way to strengthen your legs.

2. Crunches

Interlock your ankles with hers while lying down opposite each other on exercise mats. Then rise up and down together, thus performing crunches. You could rise up and fist bump each other or put your hands behind your heads and turn side to side so that the abdomen gets worked up.

3. Medicine ball workout

A single medicine ball can be effective in bonding couples as well as making them fitter. Place the medicine ball on the floor between each other and hop on and off it, one leg at a time. Another exercise is to lie down in the crunching position while your partner stands opposite you. She will then throw the ball to you, towards your hands and you have to lie down back again and come up. In short, you have to crunch with the ball and throw it back at her. Repeat this at least 15 times.

4. Muay Thai

This form of martial art is great for couples, as it requires people to pair up with each other. While one partner holds the kick pad, the other performs different kinds of kicks and punches on the pad.
