There are countless times when men go wrong with their approach towards women. For this, they have themselves to blame and not the so called irrational mind of a woman. Men harbor a lot of misconceptions about women, many of which are quite wrong. Here are 6 of them. Make sure you don’t repeat them with your next girl.

1. Romantic mushy stuff

Going overboard with romantic mushy stuff makes you look corny, cheesy and desperate. Contrary to popular perception, most girls like as much romance in their lives as guys do, they are not suckers for romance. If you start being juvenile by addressing her with mushy nicknames, keep gifting her flowers, teddy bears, love letters and write poems for her even though you are no poet, she is going to feel smothered. Be the man and not the woman in a relationship. Take it easy and show as much romance as she does.

2. Caring too much

Although women will put a caring nature as a much coveted attribute, right on the top of their list of must haves in their Mr. Right, too much of it, dampens their mood. Asking innumerable times throughout the day what she is doing, how she is, whether she had food, etc, will make your love story resemble a spy drama rather than a romantic one. Just go lax on the caring attitude, show care but don’t overdo it especially if the lady has given you hints that you are going overboard. Avoid these mistakes with the next woman you intend to date.

3. Talking about achievements

If you think talking about all your achievements and talents is going to impress her, then my friend, you are totally off the track. Women in fact, like to discover their man, get to know him slowly and get pleasantly surprised by how good he is. You will come off as a show-off, bragging and boasting loser if you tell her all the good points about yourself in one go and leave her to discover the bad aspects by herself.
