Many people who want a job, mistake an interview for an interrogation session where only one party asks while the other answers. An interview should ideally be a two way exercise wherein both the interviewer as well as the interviewee ask each other questions. Those who have no clue how to approach an interviewer can ask the following questions.

1. What is required of you?

The most important thing to ask during an interview is the exact job description, that is if you have not been provided with it already. Many a times, knowing only the job position is not enough. You may later find out about more responsibilities and be unable to handle them. So it’s better to clearly understand what is expected of you beforehand.

2. How much are they willing to pay?

The salary is one of the main deal breakers for taking up a job or not. Don’t hesitate to ask their budget for your salary.

3. What are the incentives and facilities provided?

You should always be aware of what you are getting into, be it a relationship or a job. Every company provides some sort of incentives to their employees, so inquire about what these would be. Also, ask whether facilities like a tea/ coffee machine, gaming room, interactive sessions and more are provided by the company.
